We are the manufacturer of the goods sold in this shop. The production and dispatch of the finished products are subject to thorough control. We pay special attention to the preparation and packaging of each parcel for you, the e-shop customer. In spite of these precautions, it can happen that something is not quite right. Please note that in this case it is an unintentional error, for which we apologise. If it was caused by us, we will acknowledge it and correct it to the satisfaction of our customers.

Collection of goods - parcel

Please be careful when you receive your parcel. If the courier hands you a package that is visibly damaged, torn or partially opened, do not accept it! If you accept it in this way and some of the contents are missing, you will not be able to make a claim against the deliverer. The fact is that damaged packages are becoming increasingly rare, so it is not a common problem.

Reasons for returning goods

In the case of complaints, we are subject to current consumer protection legislation. In cases in which you have received an item that is
- damaged goods
- incomplete goods
- If you have received goods other than those you ordered (mix-up by us), you can complain about the whole package or individual items.

The above-mentioned cases do not apply to the 30-day period stipulated in the general terms and conditions for returning goods without giving reasons. This right is not conditioned or restricted by these reasons.

How the goods can be claimed

The buyer is obliged to check the warranty conditions before first use.
